First time visiting Blossom Market Hall & love it! AK is located inside. The woman that took more order was very nice. She recommended the Vietnamese coffee and it was perfect. Will definitely come back.

The best matcha in town! And the nicest service. The manager, Lynne, is kind and friendly and knows her matcha. The baristas are skilled and friendly. Delicious matcha and treats.

My goodness! Thank you so much for creating this coffee shop because you can taste the love and passion in each drink. The strawberry milk latte was made to perfection. My partner got the Vietnamese iced coffee which was also very good. I highly recommend getting coffee here!

It’s a gem! One of the beat Vietnamese coffee shops in the area, it’s located in the Blossom market hall. Here are my go-to drinks: Egg coffee, pandan coffee and ube coffee! Note to self, if you order pandan coffee, you can’t adjust the sweetness level (the owner suggested that though) So if you are sensitive to sugar, ube coffee might be a better choice (you can do 50% sweetness and it is still good) Croffle was yum too! The only suggestion would be the cup design, it literally spills everywhere. (Yeah it sucks) Even though the staff kindly put a tape around the cup, it was a mess. Other than that, def worth trying! So tasty! #bb1

I love this coffee shop! They have fun Asian inspired coffee flavors such as ube or pandan coffee. Service is fairly quick and the staff are friendly. We tried the strawberry coffee this time and it was delicious! The shop is located in blossom market hall, which is clean and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There is tons of free parking too

I used to come to this coffee spot everyday when I lived in the area. Till this day, they are still my favorite coffee spot. Recently came back after a few years and their coffees still taste just as AMAZING. A perfect balance of coffee and sweet in every sip. Trust me when I say their coffee HITS, I've tried a multitude of coffee spots from big chains to small businesses like this and nothing has ever come close to AK Fresh Roast.

I always stop into this mall after playing a round of golf at Alhambra golf course or El manzer. it's cute area all historic alhambra neighborhood. so after you get a drink or some food you can walk around this quaint very attractive neighborhood or you can just hang out there. the atmosphere is outstanding. the staff that work at all the different little stands are really good. I particularly like the honey and Hive. their smoothies are so good. I want to buy two of them. what a slice of heaven this location is

My friend and I were looking to grab some quick coffee and chat briefly before some plans. We stopped by AK Fresh Roast around 11 AM on a Saturday and saw it was busy. After a brief wait, I ordered the black sesame latte. I waited 2 minutes before it was ready. The black sesame flavor was very rich and flavorful. Definitely give it a good mix so the flavor blends with the espresso. I felt my drink was a solid option. My friend got the egg coffee and also liked his drink as well. This store is located in the corner of the Blossom Market Hall. There are plenty of parking available in their parking lot. My friend and I went upstairs where it was quiet to chat. This store does accept American Express. Definitely sign up your phone number for the reward system.

Tasty spot for coffee in Blossom Market Hall with some fun, unique flavors and themes. We tried a Mango Sticky Rice Latte (iced) and a Coconut Coffee (hot) - loved them both! The coffee is smooth and mild and the milk is thick and creamy. Both drinks had great flavor balances for their themes (mango and coconut). I LOVED the mango cream and sticky rice cream on top of my latte - excellent flavors and textures! They have matcha drinks and caffeine free drinks as well, along with trendy Vietnamese coffees (their specialty), egg coffees, and a fun seasonal menu. They have some sweet treats on their menu like croffles and cookies and even pandan mochi. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Prices are on par for the area for the specialty drinks and very reasonable for other lattes and items. Lotus & Bean (formerly called AK Fresh Roast) is towards the back of the market hall and there’s plenty of free parking on site. The vibe in the market is lively and inviting - with lots of seating options to enjoy your drinks. Loved our drinks and will definitely be sure to grab a coffee anytime I visit the market.
